This document describes in detail all conditions, rights, and responsibilities for using the 33vd platform. Please read it in full before becoming a member.
1. General Provisions
1.1 About the Service

2.2 Single Account Policy
Each individual may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts from the same person, household, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be suspended and deposited funds may be forfeited.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. 33vd reserves the right to close the account and forfeit deposited funds if false information is provided. Any changes to information must be reported to the support team immediately.
2.4 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You may not allow any third party to use your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify 33vd support immediately.

3.1 Deposit Terms
Funds deposited to 33vd must come only from the registered member's own mobile banking account. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and such transactions may be rejected. Rocket is primarily a mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Account verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawing. Funds tied to bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of suspected fraud or suspicious transactions.
3.3 Transaction Limits
33vd reserves the right to set transaction limits at specific times for security purposes. Affected members will be notified if such limits apply. Additional verification may be required for unusual transactions to prevent fraud.
4. Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members on 33vd receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. A 25x wagering requirement applies to the bonus.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on deposit plus bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳25,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. Winnings earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete.
4.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited
Operating multiple accounts, providing false information, or any form of manipulation to obtain bonus benefits is strictly prohibited. If 33vd finds evidence of bonus abuse, it reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and related winnings and to close the account.
4.4 Promotional Offer Terms
33vd may offer various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer will have its own terms, which will be clearly stated on the offer page. If there is a conflict between the general terms and offer-specific terms, the offer-specific terms will apply.
5. Gaming Rules
5.1 Fair Play Policy
All games on the 33vd platform are conducted fairly and transparently. Any attempt to influence game outcomes — such as software exploits, scripting, bot usage, or any other improper method — is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.
5.2 Technical Error Policy
Any transaction or game result caused by a technical error or software malfunction may be considered void. In such cases, 33vd will return the relevant funds but is not obligated to provide any additional compensation.
5.3 Betting Limits
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply depending on the game and circumstances. These limits are clearly displayed in the game interface. As part of responsible gaming, members can set their own betting limits — the support team can assist with this.
6. VIP Program and Benefits
6.1 VIP Tiers
The 33vd VIP program has three tiers:
- Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
- Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.7%
- Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%
Promotion to a higher tier is based on regular play and loyalty to the platform.
6.2 VIP Benefit Terms
VIP benefits apply only to active and regular members. VIP tier status may change due to a violation of the Terms or extended inactivity. Cashback is added to the account at a set amount at the end of each week.
7. Prohibited Activities
7.1 General Prohibitions

- Operating multiple accounts
- Providing false or fake information
- Manipulating the platform to obtain bonuses
- Operating an account using third-party funds
- Attempting to bypass the platform's security measures
- Using automated bots or scripts
- Using the 33vd platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities
8. Account Closure and Suspension
8.1 Account Closure by 33vd
If there is evidence of a Terms violation, fraud, bonus abuse, or any other improper conduct, 33vd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice. Deposited funds and bonuses may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.
8.2 Account Closure by Member
Any member may close their account at their own discretion. To do so, contact 33vd support. Before closing the account, a request to withdraw any existing balance must be submitted. A specific policy applies to inactive accounts.
8.3 Self-Exclusion Feature
As part of responsible gaming, any member may exclude themselves from the platform for a set period or permanently. Contact 33vd support to use this feature.
9. Privacy and Data Protection

11.2 Third-Party Services
The 33vd platform uses game providers, payment gateways, and other third-party services. 33vd is not directly responsible for the quality or disruption of these parties' services, but will assist in resolving any issues.
11.3 Liability for Financial Loss
Losses in gaming are normal and an inherent part of gaming. 33vd is not liable for financial losses arising from members' gaming decisions. All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).

12.2 Resolution Timeframe
33vd will try to resolve all received complaints as quickly as possible. Complex matters may require additional time for review. The relevant account may be temporarily suspended during an investigation.
12.3 Final Decision
In the event of a dispute, the decision of 33vd authority will be considered final, but only after a fair investigation has been completed. Members should retain all relevant evidence and information when submitting a complaint.
13. Validity and Applicable Law
13.1 Severability of Terms
If any specific provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be disregarded and the remaining Terms will remain fully in effect.
13.2 User Responsibility
It is the member's own responsibility to be aware of the laws and regulations relating to online gaming in their country or region before using this service, and to act accordingly.
13.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any relevant promotional terms together form the entire agreement between 33vd and the member. Any prior oral or written promises or understandings that conflict with these Terms will not apply.
